Living the Present, and Pushing Through Weak Days

My dear friends,

As the year begins, the air is heavy with promises, resolutions scribbled on notepads, goals spoken into the void, and dreams whispered to the night. We all crave transformation, don’t we? But let’s be honest: it’s easy to talk, to plan, to prepare. Following through? That’s the hard part.

I’m not here to lecture you. This isn’t some perfectly packaged guide to life. Instead, I’m writing this for myself. A raw, unapologetic love letter to the version of myself that needs it most, the one who feels tired, overwhelmed, and unsure. Because if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that the path to growth isn’t clean or pretty. It’s bloody. It’s messy. And it’s beautiful in its chaos.

Be Brutally Present

Living in the present moment isn’t about pretending everything is okay. It’s about sailing through the chaos in the face and saying, “I’m still here.” Right now is all you’ve got, and it’s enough. Forget the perfect Instagram morning routines and the toxic productivity culture that screams “Do more!”

Take one breath. Feel the weight of your body. Acknowledge the cracks in your armor. The cracks are where the light gets in. Being present isn’t about escaping pain; it’s about finding power in it.

Set Goals That Scare You

Forget the tiny goals that don’t challenge you. Dream big enough to terrify yourself. Write them down, make them real, and then break them into pieces small enough to chew on.

Here’s the raw truth: goals don’t care about your excuses. They won’t wait for your perfect day or your best mood. Chase them anyway. Run toward them, stumble if you must, but don’t you dare stop. Because every step, no matter how clumsy, is progress.

Develop Techniques for War Days

You will have days when getting out of bed feels like a battle. Days when the mirror reflects doubt and despair instead of strength. These are your war days, and they will come.

Here’s my survival kit:

  • Write Yourself Letters: On your strongest days, remind your weakest self of who you are. Read those words when the fire in you feels dim.

  • Move Your Body: Dance, run, crawl if you have to. Let your body remind your mind of its resilience.

  • Scream If You Need To: Let it out. The world is loud enough; you might as well add your voice to the chaos.

  • Love Fiercely: Yourself first, always. Then those who remind you why you’re fighting.

Remember Your Strength

You’re not always going to feel strong. There will be days when you want to quit. On those days, don’t trust your feelings; trust your history.

Look back at the storms you’ve already survived. Remember the times you thought, “This will break me,” and then somehow, you didn’t break. That strength didn’t vanish—it’s still inside you, even when it feels buried.

Love the Process, Even When It Hurts

The new year isn’t about flipping a switch and becoming someone new. It’s about loving the jagged, messy, imperfect journey of becoming. Every misstep, every stumble, every victory, they’re all part of the masterpiece.

This letter isn’t just for the me sitting here today. It’s for the me who will wake up on some random Tuesday in the future and feel like she’s failing. It’s for the me who needs to remember that weakness is temporary, but grit is permanent.

So here’s to the year ahead. To the blood, sweat, and tears. To the raw beauty of growth. To living in the moment, chasing terrifying dreams, and fighting through the war days.

With all the love and fire I can muster,

Xoxo Vie

Conquer Your Goals, Defy Your Limits

Welcome to the Battlefield

This isn’t your average self-help fluff. This is your war cry. Do you want change? You want results? Then buckle up, because this journey isn’t about playing it safe or staying comfortable. This is about ripping excuses to shreds and fighting for the life you’ve wanted.

Your opponent isn’t out there, it’s inside you. It’s every excuse, every hesitation, every ounce of self-doubt that’s held you back. This is your rebellion against mediocrity.

Are you ready? Let’s go.
