About Viola
The High on Life Nomad
Hi, I’m Viola, a gravity-defying skydiver, curious traveler, and collector of passport stamps and questionable airport snacks. I believe life isn’t something that just happens to you… it’s something you jump into (preferably from 13,000 feet).

My journey has been a series of leaps through fear, emerging on the other side with new strength and clarity. Founding Risk2Rebirth was my leap toward helping others do the same.
I believe in the power of transformation, and I’m here to guide you through your own path from fear to empowerment.
Core Values

As a Life Coach based in California, I don’t just talk healing, I’ve lived it. I’m not here to sell perfection or bypass the hard stuff. I’m here because I’ve walked through fire, from surviving childhood abuse to an accident that left me learning to live again. I’ve stared down grief, shame, and silence… and chose to risk everything for a rebirth I knew I deserved. That’s why my work isn't just a job, it’s a mission.
My philosophy? Healing doesn’t make you invincible, it makes you conscious. And that consciousness doesn’t mean you won’t attract red flags, fall for yellow flags, or doubt your green ones. It just means you’ll learn to see them clearer and act quicker. I talk flags because flags are how we learn to trust ourselves again.

Support

I specialize in trauma-informed coaching for those ready to reclaim their power. My clients are the courageous ones, the ones who are done pretending, done playing nice, done shrinking to fit into boxes that were never made for them. I guide people through the real, raw, often messy journey of facing their inner demons and choosing themselves anyway.
I’m not here to fix you. You were never broken. But I am here to stand with you when you finally say: “Fck this sht. I’m here to live.”
To live big. To live honest. To live free.
If you're tired of the games, the noise, the masks, I'm your coach. Let’s burn the old script and write the one you were born to live.

My journey has been anything but ordinary.
It has been shaped by darkness, resilience, and profound growth, not just in others, but within myself.
I’ve walked alongside individuals breaking free from unimaginable mental and physical shackles, helping them confront the pain that holds them captive and embrace the strength required to heal.
I’ve worked with survivors of human trafficking in Thailand, witnessing both the depths of despair and the heights of human courage. I’ve supported individuals across all ages and walks of life, helping them navigate depression, trauma, and physical limitations.
Through these experiences, I’ve seen firsthand the remarkable transformation that happens when we choose to face life with authenticity, honesty, and vulnerability.
This work has touched my soul deeply because I’ve walked through the fire myself. As a survivor of sexual abuse, I know what it means to feel broken, silenced, and disconnected from your identity. I know the pain of grieving the version of yourself that was lost, and I understand the courage it takes to rebuild, not as the person you once were, but as the person you are destined to become.
Years ago, I faced a kind of darkness. I passed away and returned to life, a profound moment that forever altered my understanding of who I am and why I am here. In reclaiming my identity, I learned that transformation isn’t about erasing our pain. It’s about owning it. Healing doesn’t mean returning to the person you once were; it means creating a stronger, wiser, and more authentic self.
The growth and shift I’ve witnessed in myself and others aren’t just about surviving, they’re about thriving. They’re about embracing the messy, raw, and real parts of life and finding strength in our vulnerability. They happen when we strip away the masks we wear for others, confront our fears with courage, and commit to living authentically in every moment.
True transformation requires honesty ..
with ourselves and with the situations we face.
It demands that we feel the grief, confront the pain, and have faith in our ability to rise. It’s not easy. It takes strength, perseverance, and the willingness to keep going even when the path feels impossible.
My transition from a Therapist to Life Coach wasn’t just a career change, it was the culmination of a deep desire to live a life filled with purpose, authenticity, and impact. I craved more in my life: more authenticity, more genuine connections, and the freedom to be my true self. I wanted to build something that resonated with my soul and inspired others to believe in their power to change. At the same time, I sought less: less judgment, less need to fit into roles that didn’t align with who I am.
Throughout my journey, I’ve naturally drawn individuals seeking energy shifts and meaningful, tangible results. My work has been about helping others set big, bold dreams and walk the difficult path to making them a reality. It’s about helping you reconnect with your inner strength, clarify your vision, and create a life that is honest, meaningful, and aligned with your truest self.
I’ve learned that transformation is about being unapologetically real-human, flawed, and honest with ourselves and the situations we face. It’s about honoring the pain, celebrating the progress, and allowing ourselves to grow into who we were always meant to be.

Rebirth Through Trauma: Owning Your Story & Reclaiming Your Power
1. Trauma Doesn’t Define You, But It Does Inform You |
-
Trauma lives in the nervous system, not just the past.
-
It affects how we love, trust, react, and even breathe.
-
Understanding trauma is the first step toward reclaiming power, not as a victim, but as a survivor-turned-creator.
2. Healing Is Messy, Non-Linear, and 100% Possible |
-
I’m living proof: from childhood abuse to surviving an accident.
-
Healing isn’t about becoming perfect, it’s about becoming you again.
-
You don’t “go back to who you were", you grow into someone wiser, freer, and more alive.
3. Facing Your Fears Is the Gateway to Freedom |
-
We avoid pain by default, but pain holds our most powerful transformation.
-
Vulnerability isn’t weakness, it’s the raw material of growth.
-
Every “Fuck This Sh*t” moment is sacred, it’s your soul calling you home.
4. Red, Yellow, and Green Flags Aren’t Just for Dating, They’re for Life |
-
Red Flags: Patterns we ignore that cost us our peace (e.g., disrespect, control).
-
Yellow Flags: Gut feelings we doubt out of fear or comfort.
-
Green Flags: Healthy relationships, habits, and choices that reflect our healing.
-
Even healed people attract BS, awareness, not avoidance, is the key.
5. You Have to Risk Comfort to Reclaim Your Truth |
-
Real transformation requires letting go of who you were taught to be.
-
Comfort zones are cozy cages.
-
Choosing growth often looks like loss, but it's the price of alignment.
6. Practical Tools for Lasting Resilience |
-
Learn to self-regulate: breathwork, nervous system awareness, embodiment.
-
Set boundaries without apology.
-
Rewrite the inner story: from shame to self-worth.
-
Build a support system that mirrors your values, not your past wounds.
7. You Were Never Broken, Just Waiting to Be Reborn |
-
My mission isn’t to fix you, but to remind you of your fire.
-
This is your era of rising.
-
Say it with me: “I’m not here to survive, I’m here to live.”
If you are ready to confront your pain, reclaim your identity, and step into a life of authenticity and transformation, I’m here to walk that journey with you.
